Right now, I am sitting here on November 30 th beginning to type up the write-up for the final movie of my Mustache Movie Marathon.   It’s been an interesting month.   I’ll get to that tomorrow.   Today, I’m here to discuss with myself how much I liked or disliked There Will Be Blood.   That is right.   The final movie of the Mustache Movie Marathon was There Will Be Blood. There Will Be Blood stars Daniel Day Lewis as Daniel Plainview, an oil baron in the early 20 th century western United States.   The movie tells the tale of Daniel Plainview getting oil from beneath a small town that grows as his wealth grows.   Also in the town is preacher Eli Sunday, played by Paul Dano. There is so much good in this movie that I could fill many, many pages with it.   I’m not going to get into all of that stuff because the write-up shouldn’t take forever to read.   Let’s just say that it’s wonderfully acted, the movie looks spectacular, and I get completely engrossed in it whenever I see it

I have had a ritual for the past two years.   Every Sunday night for a month and a half period, I would tune into a channel called AMC to watch a show called The Walking Dead.   This show is about a group of survivors living through a zombie apocalypse and all the trouble that this brings into the world.   It was a big hit for AMC and I have been sure to watch each episode the night it aired.   That is how invested I am in some of the characters.   Before I get into anything here, I should go to the beginning. The Walking Dead is based upon a monthly comic book of the same name.   The comic began in 2003.   It was written by Robert Kirkman and is still written by Robert Kirkman.   The plot is essentially the same as the television show in a vague sense.   The specifics differ.   Anyway, come 2010, Frank Darabont teamed up with Robert Kirkman to bring the comic book to television and AMC allowed them to make the show.   That is where we are now.   The television show is on the air.

It’s almost the end of November.   That means that in the next few days I’ll be finishing up the Mustache Movie Marathon.   In order to do that, I needed to watch the movie I watched today.   I’m up to Mr. Nanny, the classic film starring Hulk Hogan as a bodyguard to two children who are being threatened by an evil man who wants a microchip from their dad.   It sounds amazing, doesn’t it? Mr. Nanny was well into the acting career of Hulk Hogan.   That doesn’t stop you from clearly being able to tell that he was and is a wrestler.   From his mannerisms, to the way he spoke, to the actual character, he is a wrestler through and through.   What do I mean by this?   Let’s begin with the character who is a former wrestler.   That’s very basic.   His mannerisms are very wrestling like, especially in the fight scenes.   When he gets hit, he gets dazed like a wrestling daze.   He stumbles around with the overacting of classic wrestling.   And the way he speaks is very much ring speech.   N

I have a friend who gave me four fairly entertaining stories.   Today, I am going to share these stories with you.   They are coming of age stories about a man who is beginning to deal with becoming a man.   I wouldn’t share these stories if they completely sucked so at least I think they’re good enough to share.   Ready for the ride?   Let’s go. This friend was walking to school one day.   He takes the city bus so it was just a walk from the bus stop to the school.   While he was walking up the street he saw two attractive girls.   Like any straight male would, he took a good look of the women.   While scanning his view back up to their faces he could see that they were laughing at him.   Then they walked past.   He wondered why they were laughing at him until he noticed his fly was open and his penis was talking.   It wasn’t out but if someone were to look, they’d be able to see it trying to jump out of his pants. Up to this point, the Mustache Movie Marathon has been an interesting adventure.   I’ve gone through movies such as Super Troopers, and Three Men and a Baby.   I’ve also seen Smokey and the Bandit, and The Adventures of Robin Hood.   Those are only four of the movies.   For my seventh (yes, I didn’t list two of them), I watched The Pink Panther (1963).   And I can already see that this is going to be an odd write up because of all of the brackets. The Pink Panther stars Peter Sellers as Inspector Clouseau, David Niven as a guy named Sir Charles, and Robert Wagner as Charles’s nephew.   The basic premise is that a diamond called The Pink Panther is going to be stolen from a princess or something.   Inspector Clouseau goes to a ski lodge to try and find out who could possibly be trying to steal the precious stone.   His wife, the princess, Sir Charles, Robert Wagner, and Clouseau are all interwoven in this heist plot filled with great comedic moments.
